Excellent service throughout our stay. For example , our car was taken of our hands and parked for safekeeping until we required it again.
The hotel is within walking distance of the Guggenheim and the old part of town.

“ Beautiful hotel in a great location on large roundabout in Bilbao. 5 mins stroll to Guggenheim and bars and restaurants. Bilbao Airport Bus stops right outside for less than 2 Euros every half hour. Taxi from airport to Carlton will cost 25 Euros!
“ Top Tip: Eat in the nearby Tapas area...5 mins walk...a small street near Calle Rodriguez Arias....bars and restaurants full of locals. Good food and good atmosphere.

A sumptious, fabulous place to stay. The sort of Luxury I thought I wopuld never be able to afford.
Helpful staff
Spacious, extremely comfortable rooms inducing relaxation.(soundproof and wonderful balcony)
Superb fitness/sauna area.
Twenty seconds out of the door and you can have breakfast in some of tghe coolest cafes ever. So central to everything you wouild want to do in Bilbao, that you may only have to walk a few miles even if you stay a week!
I want to live there!

Eat at the FrescCo buffet restaurant ( 2 within 5 mins walk)--superb fresh food with all you can eat--even the beer, coke and coffee is unlimited.
