“ my wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ercilla hotel in blibao. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious with everything you needed. Would definately go back to this hotel hpefully next year.
“ Top Tip: we were in bilbao for a soul music weekend and nearby was a great bar called cotton club. We visited a tapas bar round the corner from the hotel unfortunatly cannot remember the name but the meal was fantastic.

“ Unfortunately, our flight from Newcastle Airport was delayed and so we missed our connecting flight to Bilbao from Stansted. Therefore, we had to stay in a hotel in Stansted (which costs us £99.00) and arrived in Bilbao the following morning. I went straight to the hotel we had booked through your company (Gran Ercilla) and explained why we didn't turn up for the previous night's stay. I asked if we could stay the night withouit having to pay again, but, alas, this was refused. My wife and I have used your company before for hotel accommodation and have found the service you offer impressive and efficient. One remark: your office could perhaps reply more promptly as from time to time I had sent emails via your website enquring about hotels in certain countries which we could not find in your web list.
