Spa Husa Jardines De Albia Hotel

“ Hotel was very clean and staff were polite, our room was at back of building with no view, but have stayed here before with a street view.
we have stayed in many hotels in Bilbao and like it down by the river with a view.

Having said this, this hotel is in a good position for everything very close to the Gran Via just a short walk through the pretty jardines de albia, close to the railway station and river, most of the atractions of Bilbao are with in walking distance.

We had three nights here in a standard room which was a good size, breakfast was included. The breakfast was a bonus really because the price of the room on this site was so good, we have paid in the past the same amount for one night, so very good value for money.

The breakfast buffet was poor and not the best I have had in Bilbao and if it had'nt been included in the room price we'd have had breakfast out in one of the nearby cafe's

“ Good position not far from museum or old town. Difficult to find car parking and also parking is very expensive we were charged nearly £18 per day. Spa facilities are extra. Room was average and breakfast was adequate.

“ Top Tip: SOme very nice restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel with a pedestrian area only a 5 minute walk away where we had two very good meals at a Thai restaurant. The menu of the day available in most restaurants at lunch time only is very good value.

“ Not worthy of 4 star, more like a premier inn with spa - but you have to pay extra for it. Staff are v friendly and helpful and they do cheap bike hire

“ Helpful staff. No complaints at all. Kettle/coffee etc in room would have been a good bonus.

“ Top Tip: 30 yards away an excellent 'Japanese' restaurant with good value and menu. Otherwise a little limited for 'proper' evening eating apart from Tapas. Well situated half-way between Guggenheim museum and 'old town'
