“ The staff were generally very helpful and friendly, and had a good standard of English which was particularly handy. It would be fair to say that the standard of customer service in the hotel far exceeds the average in Zaragoza! Our stay would have been far less enjoyable had the reception staff not managed to move us from a twin room into a double, so I am indebted to them for that.

Considering the cleanliness, comfort and attention to detail I would say that the price is very reasonable. The only complaint that either of us had was that the dryer in the bathroom is very poor, so take your own hairdryer!

The hotel bar is pleasant and not too extortionate, the included breakfast has plenty to choose from and was enjoyable. The hotel restaurant was very impressive, albeit expensive, and were willing to accommodate us even though it was 11pm. The wine list was exceptional and one of the waiters was outstanding, I hope he is paid well!

“ Top Tip: It is worth going to Zaragoza during the Festival del Pilar, some areas of the town can become a little crowded but the atmosphere is always pleasant.

“ Great Hotel in an excellent location. Helpful staff. Super roof top terrace with decent sized swimming pool (closes for winter from Mid September).

“ Top Tip: Lots of restaurants & bars nearby - you will be spoilt for choice. Good shopping within close walking distance.

“ BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, VERY CENTRALLY SITUATED & EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. JUST A SHAME THAT THE POOL WAS COVERED, ALTHOUGH WE WERE ABLE TO SIT IN THE SUN ON A LOUNGER AS THE POOL AREA WAS STILL OPEN. AN EXTRA BARGAIN WAS THE INCLUSION OF BREAKFAST IN OUR PRICE & AS IT WAS 17.5 EUROS PER PERSON, A BIG SAVING!

“ Top Tip: BRILLIANT TAPAS BARS CLOSE BY. NEVER SEEN SO MANY GOOD ONES IN ONE CTY!!
