“ We were very impressed by this small hotel and so were our Swiss friends who felt it had an authentic feel to it. We walked to and from Goldener Schluessel/train station with our wheeled luggage. Our room 111 looked out across a lane in old town (facing an historic painting on the building opposite).

This hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Berne, just a short walk from the railway station and parliament. The exterior of the building is very traditional and forms part of the shopping arcades. This hotel could not be better located for those wanting to explore the centre of Switzerland's capital. RY08/08The medium-sized bedrooms are simply decorated in neutral shades. All have the facilities one would expect from a hotel of this standard. The rooms are in good condition, as are the bathrooms.

This hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Berne, on one of the city's main shopping streets. It is a short walk from the railway station and parliament. The exterior of the building is traditional in style and forms part of the shopping arcades. This hotel could not be better located. RY08/08The newly decorated, medium sized rooms are all decorated in the same simple but pleasant style, using neutral shades. They are all in exceptional condition, as are the bathrooms. It should be noted that the hotel has neither twin nor triple rooms.
“ A good solid central hotel that was within easy walking distance from the railway station. The staff were very friendly and welcome drink was a nice touch. Would recommend!
