The Aberdeen Arms Rooms are being operated as self catering hotel rooms with budget prices. There is a choice of 4 large double or family en-suite rooms available and 2 budget rooms with shared bathroom. All are recently refurbished and offer shower room accommodation which can sleep from 1 to 4 people. The prices for these rooms are very cheap as the service does not include breakfast and you will need to pick up the keys from 2 Mill Place Tarland. All rooms have self catering equipment e.g fridge microwave kettle and toaster available for making breakfast and light meals have double twin or triple beds and all have modern flat screen TVs with DVD.Downstairs there is an excellent restaurant (take-away available) and bar ran as a separate business which will happily supply lunches evening meals and fish and chips. Cheaper rooms may have some noise from the restaurant or bar during some evenings.

The House was formerly built on a site 5 miles to the east of Aboyne where it was known as Tillydrine House. In 1904 it was moved stone by stone to its present location and has recently been subjected to substantial but sympathetic refurbishment.
