We stayed here a few years back and the rooms are still in very good shape. Linen may need some updating though. The staff were helpfull as always and nothing was a problem for them.
The best part is that it's on a beach so you really don't need to go anywhere. If you are looking for R&R you can just stay put. Even if you want to experience the island it's always good to come back to a hotel like this. Eating dinner at the restaurant may be a bit pricey over time so rent a car.

They knew I had a child coming but no food remotely suitable for him was available. I had to take a taxi to town, buy chicken and chips then pay for a taxi back and get the hotel restaurant to reheat it while I chose from the menu.
The room and views, hotel staff and pool and beach were excellent.
“ Top Tip: Frankie's tours did a day's sea fishing and beach barbecue for £50 per person; well worth every penny.
