“ Great Helpful friendly staff, Holiday makers mostly Eastern European and entertainment geared to them, However any one can join in .upgraded from half board to A/I for around £13 per day. The hotel is a little old and could do with a face lift in some rooms but for an inexpensive break good value for money.

“ Avoid! All inclusive only includes 3 types of drinks, beer, one type of cocktail and soft drinks. The meals are ok but very repetitive by day 4 you'll be screaming for some variety. Staff are a mixed bunch, some pleasant and helpful but most down right rude and unhelpful. Not allot going on outside the hotel so you will feel a little confined. Beach however was nice and close but the beach bar is not part of the all inclusive?! Room was OK, good air con but no safe. Room was cleaned well everyday and flowers on the bed was a nice touch. If it wasn't for the great weather this would have been a total nightmare.

Top Tip:
Go early for breakfast and late for dinner in order to avoid the scrum, can get very busy and unpleasant. Find out were they hide the knives and forks to save your self time and avoid your food getting cold.

“ The hotel is undergoing refurbishment to update some of its facilities. However the rooms are clean and bright with air conditioning. All communal areas are bright and clean also. The 3 pools are reasonably maintained. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, making each and every guest feel special.

we have been to this hotel several times and have really enjoyed the location.
the food is ok but could be better
staff are sullen very few smiles
and they have a policy that you cant buy water from the shops outside the hotel to put in your room i was actually pushed out of the hotel by security for bring in water ,i talked to manager and got very little back from him ,i then asked for my bill to be made up and wanted to go to another hotel ,but they talked me round and we stayed and we were allowed the water i bought in the room ,but must admit was not a good start to a relaxing holiday ,i would go back but if a better deal was about would not.
the price in the hotel for water was six times higher than the shops outside.
“ Top Tip: the beach is amazing and is a great walk into Hammermet for lunch ,one of the main reasons for this hotel.
