“ Dont be put off by bad reviews!! Hotel is great for everyone. Staff were lovely especially the animation team (Said,Jay,Alex and DJ Crush). I went with two year old and 9mnth infant and they loved it as well as me and hubby! We got a room we werent happy with and we were changed to a lovely room without any fuss! The food was lovely and fresh and always varied!
