Stayed at this hotel several times. On my first visits it was not completed but offered a good service, it is now completed and although this was off season it is fully operational with more things open as the seaon progresses.
A much improved reception service especially assisted by by a couple of female managers who are extremely pleasant and helpful. The males are efficient but can be dismissive.
The restaurant waiters are a bit hit and miss but overall satisfactory with one or two excellent team members. A very full buffet menu for breakfast and evening meal. I stayed half board. If you enjoy a drink go all inclusive as hotel drinks are very expensive including tea and coffee.
I have to say full marks to the bar waiters who sevice all the bars and offer a beach service they are friendly, courteous and very hard working.
I had a sea view in a room that was exceptionally comfortable and clean with a good daily service.
“ Top Tip: For women travelling alone, of any age, you will be called to as you walk along the beach and on the sea front but if you don't respond you will be fine. It is not rude to ignore and you will not be pestered. If you try to be polite by acknowledging while continuing on your way you will be pursued.

“ beautiful hotel we only stayed 2 nights so difficult to make a good assessment very clean hotel rooms immaculate on arival. Our only problem we encountered was we arrived late at night so ordered room service which was very slow. We were visiting friends so only used the hotel as a base to sllep in but were a little disappointed as during our stay our room was not cleaned at all although maid service was eeen on our corridor but we didnt complain as it was only a 2 night stay. Would definately visit this hotel again maybe for a longer stay.

“ Very comfortable stay- accommodation, service, friendly atmosphere and good choice of food. very near to the beach and lovely pool side with plenty of sunbeds. due to the time of year the entertainment was lacking but i am sure in the summer season they would perform well. located very near to the town.

The hotel looks very impressive, however, the service in the restaurant and the bar was definately not 5*, this was more like a decent 3*.
The buffet was very repetetive, with the same food available for lunch and dinner, day after day.
The sting in the tail came when we were informed that the New Years Eve Gala Evening was not part of our all inclusive package and would cost 115 Tunisian Dinars (£52) each.
(Other Iberostar hotels we have visited include this in your package)
We reluctantly paid this, as we had gone to celebrate New Year. Other guests refused to pay and were not allowed into the celebrations but supplied with a small buffet in another room.
We would not recommend this hotel unless the service greatly improved.
