“ Attractive hotel, staff in all areas friendly, helpful and pleasant. I am vegetarian and found food to be very good. My room was very nice and splotlessly clean as is hotel. No hairdryer in room but deposit of 10TD will get you one but may have to wait until one is available. Also deposit of 10TD will get you beach towel. Animation team were good, I cannot comment on evening entertainment as when on holiday I'm bit of a bookworm.
“ Top Tip: Beware of ATM down road at Diar El Bahr BIAT bank as I did not receive my cash. There is ATM in Mahdia Palace hotel opposite where staff are very helpful.

“ Reviews for this hotel & many others generally give Reception staff a poor rating. This one is no exception to these comments! The Restaurant front of kitchen manager has NO PR skills whatsoever---no recognition of the paying clients not even a smile or a hello & plenty of letting fire at the waiters, who were friendly & helpful & did not deserve his treatment of them! All the other staff were polite & friendly & made guests welcome. The problems are with the top management. Guests of all ages were well catered for by the many organised activities available. I would consider returning in the future to this hotel.
“ Top Tip: The hotel is on an expansive beach & the sea was crystal clear. Because the hotels are somewhat isolated pretty well everything happens in them. There a couple of shops and a few cafes. Most likely the whole area will be developed in the near future.

“ The hotel was very clean and tidy. The reception staff were not as curtious as we would of liked. The entertainment was very good although parents with very small children be warned - the shows in the evening can be quite rude! There are two restaurants one inside food quite repetitive and bland whilst the out-side one The Plein Air which has to be booked served bar-b-cue meats and fish and treshly cooked pasta. The staff speak mostly French and Italian , English limited but they do understand it a little and its quite a novelty as we (being 3 of us) at one stage were the only ones there!! We did have a very enjoyable holiday . The two day trip to the Sahara also highly recomend but again people with young children - take lots to entertain as lots of travelling involved!
“ Top Tip: The beach was a short walk and there was lots of water sports . We highly recomend the parascending off the beach and the cost was excellent 25 Tunisian Dinar which was about £12 for 15 minutes !
