“ This hotel is lovely. When you arrive it has an impressive marble entrance, our room was large, and the whole place was very clean and well-kept. The outdoor pools looked inviting, although it was too cold to try them. The indoor pool was adequate, although it is ready for a refurb. There were two drawbacks for me - our double bed was two singles pushed together, with only single bed linen and a large gap between the two beds. Also the food was not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel - the meat was frequently overcooked or tough.
“ Top Tip: If you're looking for some peace it's worth walking along the beach past the other hotels. Although there was quite a lot of debris on the sand, it was much quieter and there were fewer vendors.

“ on entering the hotel on the red carpet you are met by the friendlyist staff you could get . the room was very spacious and clean .the bar staff were very good especialy joe who entertained everyone with his wit .the food was of a high standard but not much of it was english we had chips once in 2 weeks not that we missed them with all other food available .some food was cooked in front of you which was good and fresh..the indoor pool was a relief as the outdoor one was very cold ..but the brave managed well ..entertainment team left a lot to be desired not very professional and lacking ideas . no english tv here unless you like the news channels... disco after 12 was good and the dj will play anythink you want [ we had many a good night ]. sunbeds in abundance so no problemoverall this was a good place to stay and i would go back ..
“ Top Tip: top tip is tip the staff early 1 dinar is enough [about 50p ] this will get them running round after you for your whole stay ...not many places to shop just a couple of nearby shops just haggle ... you will be bothered on the beach by the locals trying to sell all kinds of stuff so beware .visit the zoo and gardens just 2 mins from hotel..

“
Please note this review is about our stay at the beginning of April.
I think that this hotel is an ok average 3* hotel and not the 5* as it's listed, the hotel is very tired around the edges with many areas needing remedial attention, the food is very repetitive but quality and quantity is good. Not to take anything away from the staff they were very attentive and did all they could to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The entertainment team are enthusiastic at best with shows resembling a mix of school drama muck up sessions and dance disasters if you are suitably inebriated then these can be minutely amusing. It is possible that these improve as the season progresses. The beach quality is poor and is not reflected in the pictures that show perfect sandy beaches, they are not! we have stayed in Tunisia before and this area does not even attempt to clear the beaches to give you access to the water edge.
“ Top Tip: El Jem is worth a visit for anyone who likes history, the entrance fee also includes entry into the museum. The drive is 45 minutes away and is worth the journey.

“ This hotel is beautiful. it is the best hotel I have ever visited in Tunisia. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Overall the hotel was very clean. The food was ok could be better and breakfast was the only let down. This hotel is about 90 miniutes from Enfidha Airport along some rural roads with speed bumps every 200 yards, so be prepared for the ride. Wifi is charged at 10 dinars per hour....To expensive for my liking. There was entertainment every evening which consisted of a live singer and some ballroom dancing. There is an animation team there that engage everybody to join in, and if you don't want to, they just dance for you, which I found very pleasent. There is a disco there but was only open at weekend due to the winter season. Also at the weekend there was a show by the animation team and they assured me that during mid/high season there is a show every night. During the day there was various activities and they even changed the times around to suit my requirements because it was low season. The television in the bedroom did not have any English channels other than CNN which was a let down but Overall I would like to stay that my stay at this hotel was very pleasent and they could not do enough to make sure I was happy.
“ Top Tip: Theres a lovely coffee shop just outside the hotel across the road on the right hand side called Mallorca. It has free wifi so its handy and just a little further is the train station for trains into town and further afield. I went to sousse and it only cost 2.5 dinar each way. There is also a nighclub just next to the hotel called Black And White which I didn't visit but came very highly recommended. And not forgeting there is a free bus from the hotel into Mahida every morning at 10am except tuesdays so take advantage of it.
