“ We stay here for the 6 winter months every year - very quiet and peaceful, but must point out that there is absolutely nothing to do there in the winter - definately not a touristy place, but very traditional.

Lovely hotel right on its own beautiful beach, it was possible to walk for miles along the sand to Mahdia. The staff & entertainment were excellent -the only downside was the huge canteen -like buffet restaurant. There was another outside restaurant for late breakfast, lunch & afternoon tea which was lovely though.
We booked with Travel Republic, would not hesitate to do so in the future.

“ The hotel was very good. We had a one bedroomed suite with sea view. It was very big, had an enormous double bed, two single sofa beds behind a screen, a sitting area with sofas, two televisions (although we couldn't find any English channel) a bathroom and seperate toilet. It was ideal for myslef, husband and two children. The food was lovely, mainly buffet style although it didn't vary much from day to day so we had to try not to take a bit of everything at every meal otherwise it would have become boring. The pool was great, a bit cold at first (beginning of June) but warmed up when the days got warmer. The hotel leads onto a lovely beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet, there isn't much in Mahdia although the Friday market was interesting, but you need to be able to haggle. I'd definitely recommend this holiday if you are looking to mainly sit near the pool or go on the beach.
“ Top Tip: The beach outside the hotel was beautiful and had a selection of watersports. The Friday Market in Mahdia was interesting and worth a visit.
