“ staff are fantastic. we have been on this holiday for 5 years now and i personally would not go anywhere else. im disabled and i find it is great. but be warned nothing is put on a plate for you. if you are reasonable this hotel will do just about anything you ask.i love it and the people.

“ Top Tip: lovely beach just beyond the marina to the left. sand is white. great food and beer in the brau which is attached to the hotel.also the best coffee is at the little coffee shop on the same site.

“ hotel is in need of some TLC, but is spotlessly clean. Rooms are huge, clean towels daily and sheets every two days. Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. Food is ok, lots of choice, I'm very fussy eater, but always found something to eat, soup and bread was always good, and the puddings yummy. Entertainment is basic. The animation team, Mohamed, mini Mo and Aymen did a good job trying to keep the troops happy, working day and night. They always friendly and included everyone, we had bingo, kareoke, quiz and lots of dancing, we had a good laugh. Pool area is lovely, lots of sun beds and nice cafe with good choice of snack items and lunches. We had a great time, this hotel is good value for money, if your looking for a cheap holiday, then this is the place to go. If you want a luxury holiday then i suggest you pay a bit more and go somewhere else.

“ Very hard-working staff, very prompt to put things right (i.e. bulb in bathroom). Service of staff attentive and quick.

“ Top Tip: Use the local buses where possible, very cheap compared to taxis (and no need to book a tour to Herga - do it yourself!).
