Went with a mate with the expectation of chilling out for a week. It states it is a 5* hotel, it certainly isn't that but it is excellent, probably a 3.7*. Room was absolutely fine, free wifi around the complex, two nice bars and gorgeous food. I'm a fussy eater but certainly found plenty to eat.
Only downside were the drinks, there is a seperate all inclusive menu for the drinks......basically the cheap nasty stuff, the beer was like water but the vodka and bacardi were OK. All the soft drinks were great and you could even get non alcoholic cocktails. Both the heated indoor pool and the outdoor pool were excellent and we would certainly go and stay there again.

Top Tip:
There were a few places close by to eat, the Formule 1 bar was great, the food was spot on. There is also a Tunisian 'Irish' Bar close by, 30 minute walk or short taxi ride which will cost around £2.50, it's great to go and watch the football etc and they have karoake on and the beer is reasnoably priced - a bottle of becks (man size) will set you back around £2.20.
It's a nice walk along the beach upto the Marina - but be warned, the locals can be very very annoying.

“ very clean everywhere ,good mannerd and friendly staff, good food plenty of choice, even made me a birthday cake , with candles, on my birthday.we had a problem with the hotwater and tv, it was fixed within 1hour of us reporting it,the service at pool was great,cushions for sunbeds were brought to you within 5mins, free of charge, also drinks service was exallent

the rooms were clean with an impressive entrance/reception hall to hotel. the room decor was very dated, no extra bedding/cushings were supplied either. the bathroom drain was blocked. when reported both to reception, their english was below standard for 5 star hotel and they didnt understand what we were trying to communicate. rather 3 star than 5 and 'absent' service in the reception/restaurant areas compared to other hotels we stayed in, in the area.
