“ Reception area very dimly lit, no entertainment in February. Staff friendly. Restaurant - food not very warm, and not as much choice as other hotels i have been in, only choice of oranges, dates and some cake for a sweet. Security seemed to overlook the local prostitutes coming and going in the hotel but were quick to stop friends of mine and ask them why they were there, knew they were prostitutes because my fiance is Tunisian and could tell me.

“ The hotel atmosphere was very bad. Lots of noise and disturbance from other guests at night. I could not get a rest at night. The staff did not respond to complaints. I could not change the money after 12am and the cashier tried to make cheat me. The only good service at the hotel I revived form a housekeeping lady. There was many loud guests who did not have manners or respect for anyone and the hotel seemed to not do anything about it. Nobody cared about other guests staying there.

“ Staff were very friendly and helpful and they all spoke English. Hotel had a mix if tourists from other countries mostly Russian and Polish.
