“ I accept that this holiday was out of season, however if i hadn't taken a lot of books or used the nearby golf course then i would have been out of my head. Not only this but i was booked into a room with a garden view and spent seven days looking at a carpark.
Firstly I cannot fault the hotel staff for their hard work it was relentless, the food was good and plentiful, and the rooms were spotless so was the hotel in general.We had a dodgy toilet in our room and also a faulty sink which were rectified within minutes of making the complaint, and the catering staff were allways on the lookout for assisiting out refreshement and food needs.
the rooms were cleaned daily and their was plenty of toilet and washroom facilities around the complex.
however this was supposed to be a family holiday.. my 8 year old boy had nothing to do for the full seven days.. there was no park, sorry their was a park this conssitied of 3 plastic chairs fixed to chains on a swing, no slide, climbing frames etc. the archery which was advertised consisted of one bow which could be fired a full distance of about 8 feet, into the single target.
the tennnis courts were worn and cracked and the nets were vitually none existant.
their was two outdoor swimming pools one was freezing cold, obviously due to the time of the year, not the hotels fault, however the larhger pool of the two which would probably gained more sunlight was completely dry, and off limits.
however the hotel did have a fantastic indoor swimming pool that was used by all due to its very warm tempreture.
Inside the hotel had two worn billiards tables, two worn shuttle board tables and six mortal combat style games machines that were from the 80s, and all cost one dina each to use and expired within seconds.
The beach, again this holiday was advertised as a beach holiday. the beach was directly behind the hotel and was about 40 metres deep by 3/4 mile long and full of rubbish, empty bottles, cans etc.. not only that their was no sun loungers, and everyone that did try and walk along the beach was pounced upon by beggers and persons trying to flog cigarettes, and these persons refused to go away even when paid off. not only this the hotel allows persons onyto its complex to sell excursions etc, which in itself is not a problem but these persons badger you 24/7 for the entire holiday so your time relaxing reading etc by the pool in the sun or when trying to go about your daily business is interrupted and spoilt.
This was supposed to be a all inclusive holiday, however i begrudge paying for sun loungers at 2 dina a time, and a gym at 10 dina a time and internet at 8 dina an hour which intersting enougth my son spent all his time on due to the lack of childrens facilities.
further more the airport to hotel transfer was immdetiate, but done at such low budget .
i would not go here again for a family hoiliday, but i would use the complex for the nearby golfing facilites.

“ Top Tip: if you do not wish to get hassled by pedlars, of taxi drivers, either do not leave the comples or spend all day on the nearby golf course, which was 200 metres away offered great walks. hassle free time, and playable golf at 59 dina £35.00 a round.

“ Hotel fine for the price we paid, adapted more for french & germans, food fair choice, just wish cold meats with salads@lunch & dinner, staff very helpful & friendly, hotel great for golf, course just across the day, walkind distance, even for an o.a.p.

“ good food selection with usually 2 traditional dishes at dinner. friendly and helpful staff throughout holiday. room and common areas kept clean. my partner tried the white wine ..... we kept to the red.

“ The good points...clean rooms friendly and knowlegable reception staff.
The bad points...too many to mention but here are a few,bland food of poor quality,tablespoons or plastic spoons not a dessert spoon in site horrible immitation fruit juices ugh! An old TV in the bar so sports fans forget it!
The entertainment provided by the overbearing animation team is also a
no no.There is a supermarket opposite and 3 or 4 shops and thats it!
Give this Hotel a wide berth its out on a limb,Taxis at the entrance charge
12 Dinas to Sousse,get the Bus every 30 minutes for 1 Dinah.Ignore this
review at your peril.
