“ Need to tip to get served as you should have been in the first place. Cleaning ladies very helpful and friendly. Lobby full of smokers...not great when pregnant or young children food is average and all inclusive might be too much: next time half board especially since you have to "beg" to get a drink when you are in all inclusive. i felt uncomfoprtable after a while to ask for another drink.

“ Beautiful hotel..Rooms spacious and clean. Not in central Sousse so quiet, but short distance away from Sousse Medina, Port El Kantaoui. In high season the hotel will be busier. Lovely hotel would recommend.

Set in front of the beach between the city centre and Port El Kantaou. Complex is situated in the middle of a garden with palm trees and eucalyptus in the surroundings. Direct access to beach at Mediterranean Sea but also within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel have buffet breakfast and snack bar. Lunch and dinner, part buffet and part waiter served in both “a la carte”- and beach restaurant. Lounge area features a bar and view over the garden or pool. Terrace and pool area have a bar as well. “ when i arrived i was upgraded to the mahaba royal as building works were still going on in the sister hotel...hotel was extreemly clean as was my room although a bit of a walk...reception staff were friendly enough.

The Kaiser hotel is a family owned and run hotel. The Hotel is in Sousse, a busy town with a good sandy beach, plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The town is built around the walled medina. This Hotel will appeal to families and couples looking for a beach holiday with culture and history. All rooms have t.v.,minibar(on request)air conditioning, balcony or terrace with either city or garden view. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am and is of continental style, evening meal is from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, the evening meal is of buffet style. Both breakfast and evening meal are served in the up stairs restaurant on the 5th floor with views to the sea and medina.
