you can not fault the hotel with the impeccable service and attention to details, rooms are very clean and nicely maintained, all the staff from the cleaner going to the hotel manager were very helpful , the price is excellent for the service and the hotel itself, the hotel is suitably located in the city of sousse, about a 1.5 miles from medina, nightlife and restaurant are from walking distance,
would recommend to Family, friends and anyone wanting to book

“ Excellent 5 star hotel. Staff attentive, place spotlessly clean, everyone helpful. Loved the salty spa and the many pools.
“ Top Tip: Cab it to Sousse and enjoy the market - but bargain hard. prices start at a ridicuous level. Example - small piece of jewelery they wanted 94 Dinar, bought for 20. Small carpets asked for 300, bought for 40!

Rooms and public areas were of an exceptionally high standard.
Some areas of the hotel were closed as it was out of season but this didnt detract too much from our enjoyment.
“ Top Tip: Massage treatements at the Riyadh Palms next door were a half to a third the price of the Movenpick

“ A superb hotel which was marred for us by the fact that smoking was allowed in the lobby, bars and tea rooms which could get very smoky especially in the evenings. The service was excellent and the room was very comfortable. We wished we had paid extra for a pool/sea view. Our room was described as 'garden view' but it faced the main road at the front of the hotel and was very noisy when the balcony doors were open. We had half board and there was a huge buffet both for breakfast and dinner. There was so much choice and the quality was superb. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The spa facilities and pools were fantastic.
“ Top Tip: Get your own yellow taxi in to the Medina. Only 3 dinars, sometimes less. Always agree taxi fares before you get in. The locals all speak French and sometimes English. Train travel is really cheap but rather slow, avoid rush hours.
