“ After arriving 3 hours late due to flight delay arrived after a nearly 2 hour transfer to our apartments, only to be greeted by a non-english speaking Turkish man.
After showing him the accom. details paper he asked a Turkish man who spoke a little english to translate that our apartment wasn't available! This was at 3.am Turkish time and me and my partner and 3 children were fit to drop due to tiredness, they then escorted us to an available 2 bedroom apartment, unfortunately there was dirty bed sheets dumped in a corner of one of the rooms and the whole apartment was dirty and the bathroom toilet had a huge crack down it. Needless to say we didnt have the Welcome Pack so not even able to have a cup of tea.
The details of accommadation also stated 10 mins from the beach, but that was more like a 10 minute drive and was far too hot to walk regardless.
Disappointed to say the least and would not go back.
