The staff were very friendly and helpful as we arrived late at night.... however the place really desperately needs some renovation work done. The stairway was being decorated/altered and was in a sorry (dangerous) state... don't think that it is suitable for children or elderly as the pavements were all dug up and there was a wooden board for main entrance access. (this will probably be sorted for the main season) The room was relatively clean but really run down, the beds were really basic and to be honest although the bedding was clean they didn't smell fresh.....We were booked in for 2 nights but only stayed for 1.
Close to all the amenities....
“ Top Tip: If you like Indian food the India Gate restaurant near Didim is really good, small but very friendly and excellent service. Cafe More is good and if you are inclined to venture out then Akvarium in Akbuk is excellent...

“ Atlantik apartments. Just been taken over by Julie and Boris this year. She has painted it and retiled around the pool. The rooms need an update but she has plans to do this in the future. Super friendly staff. No complaints at all. Would definitely go back again.
“ Top Tip: Sunshine Bar, Didim Fast Food and Apollo Turkish bath are all great. The full day boat trips are well worth the money.

“ The hotel was awful. On arrival at 5.30am we were allocated a room that had people asleep in it. The rooms were dirty (crisps crushed into beds!). Towels were filthy and stained, only changed once. No kettle in one room, staff were rude and unhelpful, even refusing to make a local telephone call to call a shuttle bus for us. Pool was small and overcrowded and had no shallow end. The closest beach was so crowded you couldn't see the sand. A total disappointment!
“ Top Tip: In order to escape the appalling accomodation we spent as much time as possible at the Marina Beach Club at the 'Third Beach'. It was a nice little jetty with sunbeds and cushions etc. 10TL (£4) for a sun bed and a drink. We also paid 60TL (£24) to go to the Didim Beach Resort, an all inclusive hotel above the third beach. We had lunch, snacks, drinks and dinner and use of the pool etc for the day.

“
Appartment in good position rooms ok. We had 3 power cuts 3 nights running when getting ready to go out. One lasted to 1 in morning. There was very little information given by reception I found out more about why this was happening from bar down road. Seemed to be a problem of overload in the area of appartments. The staircase bannister was unsafe which we had to use when power cut disabled lift.
Overall good place to stay with its location. Pool area small but we used beach. Staff at reception not particularly helpfull and seemed to speak little English.
“ Top Tip: Lots of good restaurants. Beach good but very crowded.
