Miletos Hotel

“ I was amazed with the value for money that this hotel provided. As I am a solo traveller, I was given a confortable twin bedded room with a balcony and TV overlooking the pool and breakfast for £5 per night.

The hotel is a bit tired and is being renovated next year, but it provided all that I needed as a base for a fun holiday in Altinkum. The breakfast was buffet sytle and very good and you could east as much as you wanted.

The staff were friendly and helpful and always said 'Hello and good Morning'

One minus is that the sun leaves the pool area at approx 5pm.

“ Top Tip: Thereis a mini mart across the road from the hotel that makes nice Doner Durun Kebabs 3 lira and Efes beer 3.50 lira. the cheapest that I found in the area.

Shop around and walk up into Didum. The supermarkets are more authentic and a bit cheaper. There ia also a good, cheap turkish restaurant near the Mosque and also on the front going towards the Marina.

“ The Hotel was in a good location, less than 10 minutes walk from the main sea front and buses pass right outside to a large number of places of interest.
It was clean and provided a bed and a shower and a place to store our clothes which was all we needed.

“ Top Tip: Yesilkent beach is fabulous and is only 15 minutes away on the bus with a fare of TL1.75 per person.

“ Hotel very clean but beds are quite uncomfortable.

Has recently changed ownership so maybe beds will be
improved over the forthcoming months.

“ You get what you pay for, our stay was comfortable, a very central location, staff were friendly. Hotel is in need of an overhall which is why we say you get what you paid for. Very hot showers which was a welcome relief as we stayed there in January, plenty of blankets in the room also.
