This is quite a large hotel with 75 rooms, yet is extremely friendly and welcoming. It is ideal for families and convenient for reaching all the attractions in Kas. The air-conditioned beach hotel welcomes its guests in a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom and lift access. There is also a bar located in the comfortably furnished lobby. Guests can relax in the TV lounge, cafe, disco, games room and restaurant, whilst younger guests let off steam in the children's playground which is located in the pretty gardens surrounding the outdoor pool. Business travellers will appreciate the hotel's conference facilities and Internet access. Room and laundry services are provided for a fee and guests may leave their vehicles at the car park or garage. Bicycle hire is available for those wishing to discover the local area on two wheels.This lovely hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from both the town centre and beaches, offering great views of the famous rock tombs and the town, especially at night. Dalaman Airport is approximately 160 km from the hotel and Antalya Airport is around 185 km away.Each room has its own bathroom with shower, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, satellite/cable TV, minibar and balcony with wonderful views. The rooms are large with pretty decor and comfortable furnishings. Other in-room amenities provided for guests include a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, Internet access, a safe and an ironing set. The rooms feature a double bed as standard.The hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area, and is surrounded by pretty gardens. There is also an indoor swimming pool and a poolside snack bar; sun loungers and parasols are also provided around the pool. Water sports options include jet skiing and diving (both for a fee) or canoeing. Guests can also enjoy table tennis or for an additional fee, biking. Sun loungers and parasols are provided at the rocky beach.

Small rooms but very clean, and tidy. hotel itself it looking a bit tired but in great spot in the centre of town, nice pool area and sun beds. Breakfast is very basic, with a charge for orange juice.
got half board here for a very cheap price so couldnt really complain about the hotel.
If you are looking for a no frills place to stay this is perfect.
Can't comment on the evening buffet style dinners as eat out every night.

OK, it's not going to win any swanky awards but if all you want is a centrally-situated room to sleep in and a pool to lounge beside, then it would be hard to find better value in Kas (or indeed Turkey) than the Ekici. For a Twin bedded room for a 10 night stay in early September it worked out at less than £14 a night. That's for the ROOM not EACH and included Breakfast.
Rooms are basic, but clean, comfortable and quiet. Very efficient, and very necessary Air Con is also included in the meagre cost not as a 'payable locally' extra.
Breakfast is standard Turkish style buffet and plentiful, served in outdoor rooftop patio area.
The smallish Pool is kept clean and is nicely situated with Lemon, Pomegranate, Palms and Pines offering welcome shade to the side, though the garden area could do with a bit of weeding and a general tidy up, as could the children's play area and beyond-repair table tennis and bar football tables.
To be brutally honest the whole hotel could do with a lick of paint but if that's the sacrifice one makes for such bargain rates then I'll happily put up with the slightly frayed around the edges demeanour of the Ekici.

Ekici Hotel is well located, a few minutes walk from Kas center.
However, it is located uphill, so the walk is a little strenuous.
The room was cleaned every day, and all amenities including the air conditioning worked fine.
A especially enjoyed the small balcony (with a mountain view) that was conveniently equipped with 3 chairs, a table and a drying rack.
The breakfast was standard: boiled eggs, cheese, watermelon, coffee or tea, and a surprising addition, halva.
The hotel provides a luggage storage after checking out.
