Hotel Description:
The Phellos Hotel in Kas is the only of its kind in the area and enjoys a prime spot above the small pebble beach (100 metres) overlooking the sea. The Monument Tomb at the top of the cobbled, shopping street is just a couple of minutes away with the centre of town a short walk of 150 metres. The hotel is a modern structure, built into the hillside with magnificent views of the ocean.Please Note – Rates are exclusive to European Union passport holders only.
FACILITIES:Breakfast and dinner are served on the open air terrace, which has good sea views. There is also an outside bar, a small lobby bar, 24 hour room service, 1 outdoor pool, billiards table and a water slide. There is also a small indoor pool, Turkish Bath and sauna. Safety deposit boxes are available to rent, and a laundry service on request.Room Facilities:
All of the medium sized bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and have tiled floors, a private bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, TV, telephone and a balcony.

The hotel is at the top of a rather steep hill, so may not be for those with problems walking, but the view from the front of the hotel is great. The rooms are basic, but adaquate and spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The hotel is on a main route into town so there can be some traffic noise, but there is very little noise after about 11ish, except for the Mosque which you will here regrdless of where you stay in the town.
We found the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. I had noted the negative comments about the pool and would say that any poolside is dangerous when wet, but green mats have been laid and we thought the pool was superb. The people at the resort are friendly and welcoming and we will definately return.

This is our 2nd stay at the Phellos but unfortunately since our previous stay and now the cleanliness and general decor of the hotel has deteriorated quite badly. In particular the room in which we stayed had a dirty bathroom and shower area and the could have done with a really good clean. The beds were shabby and the linen was not changed in the week we stayed, which given the temperature would have been appreciated.
The breakfast was not to a particularly high standard and consequently we ate out everyday. However, the pool and the staff servicing the pool were very good. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
“ Top Tip: The best beach by far is Patara, but it is a half hour by car away. There is a smaller beach in a really nice cove south of Kas where you can have a really good meal and the umbrellas and beds are free.

“ i have stayed at this hotel 5 times now, its got the best pool in kas and the friendliest staff. i have already booked for next year again.
“ Top Tip: great mini market just down the road we always had a late night drink on the way to the hotel at night.

“ Very friendly staff who always did their best to please, nothing seemed too much trouble. bed linen & towels changed daily & fresh towels available for use by the pool every day. Good choice of breakfast & very good value evening meals if you choose to stay in to eat. Excelent location in the town, within walking distance of everything.

“ Hotel was in a great location. It was a bit dated and the rooms could have done with a revamp. They were clean and tidy. The public areas were all very dark creating rather a dingy atmosphere. Better lighting or turning more lights on may help! The breakfast was good but there was no fruit juice apart from fresh orange juice which was more expensive than the UK. This seemed a little "mean". You would expect some sort of juce offering from a hotel of three stars. Pool is great - a decent size. Reception staff helpful.

Top Tip:
Limanagi boats to the beaches on the peninsular are great. Pay 10TL each and you get a choice of beaches and this includes sunbed and umberella.
