Lovely holiday. All the staff were great - apart from those at reception who were very unhelpful.
Food fabulous, drinks great, entertainment not so good but still early in the season so maybe it'll improve.
Not as nice as the Hilton Dalaman though!

“ Great service, fabulous food, great inclusive cocktail menu, nice rooms very clean & staff try very hard to please. Only major disappointment was the hamam it was poorly managed & changing facilities were very poor. The spa staff were not ideal with their service or managing free services within the spa & were totally uninterested & did not match the excellent service offered elsewhere in the hotel.

A great time was had by the whole family. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very attentive, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble.
If I was to be critical, maybe the activities during the day could be better organised, because you had to choose one or other activity as they tended to overlap - but this really is nit picking.
A great holiday, would definately do it again.
