Ic Hotels Green Palace

“ On arrival at the hotel we were very impressed with the ground it was set in. Checking was not as smooth we got a lady that didn’t really speak English, we booked a room with either a sea view/garden view or pool view and for 3 people. On arriving in the given room there was only 2 beds and a view over the top of a garage. We went back down to reception and spoke to the same girl to say we had been given a room that we had not booked, she just picked up the phone and started talking in Turkish, she then pasted me the phone and i was speaking guest relations who said she would come over to reception. After coming she spoke with the checking lady she then turned to us and said we would have to put up with it as they were full !!! We said no and she said she would get the manager, he came and found us another room with a pool view but still only 2 beds, he said all of his rooms only have 2 beds and he would get an extra bed brought up in 10 mins for my son. Over 40 mins later still no bed so we went back down to reception again and they said they would sort this out. On our return to the room the extra bed is actually the chair that turns into a small single bed. On speaking to other English at the hotel it appears that they all got views over the garage or bins !!. Other then the very rude reception girl and guest relations girl whom really couldn’t be bothered with everyone else was brilliant especially ibrham in the restaurant who made our meal times very enjoyable. The grounds of the hotel are fantastic and u did feel like you were in the Caribbean. The swimming pools are very beautiful but one point that may be worth mentioning is how cold they are in October even when the air temp was 27 degrees c. The pools were that cold that no body went in them, however the sea was nice. Food was plenty full and a lot of choice that you could always find something you liked. Other than our experience with the checking we had a wonderful holiday.

I have nothing to complain the accommodation exellent .... about food and drinks being inclusive you can eat as much as your like very good breakfast lunch everything you want is on the table.....you can drink as much as you like 24 hours the staffs all pleasant they all deserve good tip....nice place

“ Top Tip: when you go shopping there is alot to buy things like clothes watches jewellaries and leather made . You should always be ready to bargain when they as for 100 offer them 25 and not more than 40 then thats the best offer and so much fake stuff looikng almost like origional ....otherwise I did lots of shopping as I had lots of turkish lira that I had to spend....bought lots of stuff for my two kids and they all love the stuff that I got them from Antaya town market

booking with Travel Republic was money woth the holiday very good offer comparrison to the ones I had check while surving the net trying finding the best offer and Travel Republic was the best and provided me with exellent services at all times.

“ whilst we were there a storm hit causing a lot of damage the staff acted profesional and they were very quick to make things safe for the guests and managed a very large group of guests extremley well

“ Top Tip: very cheep travel on the local busses 1.50 liyra to travel right to the old town
