Delphin Diva Premiere Hotel

“ Second year in a row says it all.. Staff and hotel were just as friendly and accommodating. Very good family holiday. Delphin continues to surpass expectations.

“ The hotel was fab! The vast majority of people were German but everyone we met was friendly. Service was first class, Everything was all inclusive. Food and drink was available any time of the day. Definitely return to Delphin Diva!

“ We travelled to Delphin Diva on 23 to 30 October. We had originally booked the Concorde but due to availability we changed to Delphin Diva. On arrival it was very fast check in and the bags were delivered to our room quickly. The hotel lobby is a great place for relaxing lots of sofas etc. Our room was compact. We travelled as two families with one child each. Our balcony was very small. The room and the decor in the room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was the only thing that I would say let the hotel down. Although spotlessly clean the toilet was quite high to sit on and as other reviewers have said the bidet part does go very near your bottom. The other thing is the shower is in the bath and the bath is quite a high step to get in and out of. The food in the hotel is excellent and really people that leave negative remarks about this are surely very fussy people! The main eating area is busy but there are always tables to sit at and also no long queues for food. There is an abundance of food with fresh always ready to be replaced. There are a number of eating areas at all times of the days and every nook and cranny is filled with sandwich toasters and hot dogs for those who like snacks. At the pool and at the beach there is a man who comes and serves fresh carrots, apples, pears and cucumbers. There is never very long to wait for refreshments either. Through various stages of the week we received slippers, wash goods and other bits and pieces. What would have been a very good touch was if when you arrived you received the whole care package at once including a beach bag. These were available to buy for 4 euros but it is a very good way of advertising the hotel. Whilst we were there my friend and I booked an appointment with the Delphin Imperial next door. This is an absolutely must see! Another fabulous hotel and again I would recommend a visit here the spa is absolutely fantastic it has a snow room, a rain room, a salt room, sauna.

The other recommendation I would say for the Delphin Diva to do is to have a rota of what is happening in the week. There is a cinema there but we did not know when or what the films were until we went to look at it. There is also a kids club but we did not know what to do or how to do it. There was a lovely lady in the Guests Relation she was so smiley! Nothing is a problem. Our friends also had to visit the doctor because her daughter got bitten by something and she was quick to patch her up and dress it again no charge but with a smile.

The fun fair was very good and they prepare kids cocktails, candy floss and popcorn for the kids!

The other negative was ultra all inclusive included imported drinks but they were only served in the lobby during the day !

“ Top Tip: Handbags and more handbags ....... leather is such good value lots of fakes but some very good fakes including Mulberry handbags for £10!! Shopping centre is opposite the hotel.

The little hidden bar by the pool very good.
