  • Having read some rather disparaging reviews on Trip Advisor was not sure what to expect but hotel met all my expectations food was excellent and plentiful fantastic setting overlooking sea for bars and some of the a la carte restaurants.

  • Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean, family 2 bed apartment rooms are lovely, staff friendly & helpful, entertainment team great fun & tried their best to include all in water polo/aerobics etc but did not pester us and were entertaining just to watch! Fantastic Aqua park & pools entertained the kids for hours, spa was relaxing & massage brillant.

Would not rate this a 5 star hotel only because of lack of food choice and quality. All inclusive is what they say you get but if you eat at one of the restuarants on site and not the buffet every night they make you pay for all of your drinks, including soft drinks. cheapest wine was £30 a bottle as they refused to sell per glass. all local alcohol included in your price is un drinkable. If you wanted to eat in some of the restuarants you had to be at reception at 8am sharp(very relaxing) and book your table as spaces are very limited. Overall the actuall hotel is nice but its not five star quality. The hotel is basically held together by one man call"Musa" who come rain shine or darkness entertains you. If only all the staff were as helpful and friendly as this man, certain other members of staff were very rude.

Top Tip: Bus to bodrum stops right outside the hotel, lots of shop offering high value items for such cheap prices!!! Just don't let your wife/girl friend find the bag shop at the top of the high st near bus station!!

Description of rooms are very subjective. We had a "superior" room which was extremely ordinary. When the hotel's website highlights the fact that all rooms have laminate floors and uses that as a selling point, you get a sense that the quality of the hotel comes up short - and it does.
Apart from the receptionists, the service was either good, friendly or there was a genuine attempt to provide a good service. The hotel is not that geared towards the English speaking visitor.
The food is very ordinary but acceptable for a mass audience. I would not recommend the a'la carte restaurants. Food underwhelming and drinks are very expensive

Top Tip: Bus outside hotel costs 3 Turkish Lira - direct route into Bodrum - superb service
Day trip to Kos thoroughly recommended.

The hotel was very clean with good sized standard rooms able to accommodate at least 3 and possibly 4 people. The staff were wonderful and the food standard was high. In the main restaurant the food was served fresh with wonderful salads and a reasonable selection of hot meals. Drinks were served upon request and plentiful. We found understanding where the the 'a La carte' restaurants fitted in difficult ! the food was fairly good but not top quality. Yes the views were generally lovely but the drinks were exceptionally expensive. It seemed strange seeing a majority of people eating and not drinking - they really miss a trick here.If you want a drink then have a few before you eat, leave then go to the free bars if you are on all inclusive.
All in all I would go back but there are other places we want to visit .
Turkey is a country that we will visit again and soon .

Top Tip: The hotel was located some 15mins from Bodrum , we traveled into the town on about 4 occasions and used the local buses @ 3lr each . The road is not fantastic but the journey is very interesting. If you are going out for food or drinks Bodrum isn't as cheap as you would imagine with large beers costing up to 10lr but a quick word with most waiters gets it down to 7 so don't be shy. The castle , museum and amphitheatre are a must and easy to get to. The Harbour is beautiful but be careful where you eat.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right on the beach, with lots of sun beds along the length of the front. The room was nice, but had noisy air con, which needed to be on. The bathroom was a major let down, very small and after a shower everything was wet. major, major let down. I like a nice bathroom! The breakfast was the other major issue. Lots of choice, but lots of people too. A bit like breakfasting in the middle of Paddington Station. Also, not really that tasty and appealing either. Don't get me started on the coffee. Yuk!

So, after showering and breakfasting, each day was marvellous.

Top Tip: Eat at the a la carte restaurants in the evening.
