“ 5 STAR Hotel with 3 STAR service not because of the staff that are working there more about the lack of staff in the resturant and bars. Tables in the resturant were not relaid and most of the time had to go looking for knives and forks etc,drinks often came when the meal was finished that is if you were asked at all.Poor food choice OK if you like chicken. Bar service very poor more often than not the bar in all bars were piled high with dirty glasses and it appeared that it was down to the barman to actually clean them and also serve customers at the same time The hotel was clean and tidy but was grossly under staffed in many areas god help them when the hotel gets busy , my heart goes out to the staff already working there as they will be run ragged. I would suggest that the owners take a trip to the Antalya region if they want to see and know how a 5 Star hotel is run.

“ Second time at Asarlik hotel, I have enjoyed my experiance on both occasions. The staff were very helpful. Will be going to Turkey again to same hotel and try others.
“ Top Tip: Shops and resturants were close by and regular local bus service. All the trips out were organised well, enjoyable days out.

“ On arrival we were very impressed by the hotel and couteous staff who were helpful and polite the whole holiday. The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean with top rate facilities including indoor and outdoor pool, gym, spa, Turkish Bath, night club. The food was amazing with excellent choice everyday. The waiters were clean, polite and helpful and you could have a laugh with them which is a bonus! I must also compliment the animation team who were brilliant encouraging activities and games throughout the week.
