An attractively designed, modern hotel with decorative stone facade, there is a main building and a couple of blocks, all 3 floors high with a large central pool, restaurant and bar.The hotel is located in Ovacik which is situated a couple of kilometres from Hisaronu and its' many shopping and eating facilities and 9km from the larger market town of Fethiye which sits in a bay and has a lovely waterfront promenade. Local transport is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel with links to the beach at Olu Deniz 5km away, and to Hisaronu and Fethiye.The rooms are modern and pleasantly decorated with teak effect furniture, wall mounted flatscreen TVs and parquet, laminate flooring.The hotel has a large outdoor pool measuring 360sqml There are some game activities available such as pool and table tennis and occasional evening entertainment (extra charge).

“ Extremely clean for a hotel that is in a resort that is not really yet fully open. The Poseidon is one a few that are open. Although not fully staffed, the staff that are present were most attentative. I would think that this hotel wiould fullfill most families needs during the season. Rooms were extremely clean and with a little hiccup with the air conditioning nothing could have been better
“ Top Tip: Everything that is around this resort is a pleasure, Blue Lagoon the mountainous terain, and a must for everybody should be CinBal in Ghost Town approx 7 miles away, Unfortunately the restaurant at Sun Dial was closed after a landslip in last couple of months, but for romance this cannot be beaten if you book for the dinner.

The management and staff at the hotel are all very friendly and always eager to please,the hotel rooms are a medium size and are furnished to a high standard!The restaurant,reception and pool area are all excellent.
The only slight problem for people with walking difficuties would be that there is a steep hill for the last 100 metres to reach the hotel from the road.
I can only say that I will not hesitate in booking this hotel for future visits to Ovacik an area that I have visited several times and loved it!
“ Top Tip: Walk along either of the two roads that take you towards Hisaronu and pick the restaurant that takes your fancy I don't think you will be disapointed.

“ Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings but need to change the chef. Although half board for a week one night eating there was too much. French used as a one night stay who arrived late and got up early who do not know how to close a door quietly or know how to wisper at 06.30!
“ Top Tip: Need a car for ease although public transport was pretty easy. Hisanorou was a very lively town great for evening meals. Recommend eating at Dippy Dollys for a cheap meal or something a bit special at Rumble Tums in Hisanorou. Olive Grove down at Olu Deniz we recommend too.
