“ Great staff, always polite and helpfull. The hotel manager needs to keep on top of all the jobs that need doing and make sure the staff get them done! She needs to monitor the food that is served especially the cakes for afternoon tea!!! the owner shouold be proud of this little family run hotel...But his mananger is letting him down!

But please dont come here expecting 5* when you have made only a small fee to stay here.....as a few English people did! the hotel would probably do better if it was half board and not all inc..the money could be spent on a better evening meal and forget lunch and all alcohol.....the hotel is a great way to spend an evening away from all the hustle and bustle of the promanade!!

The reception staff were great and extremely helpfull. The rooms were cleaned daily.

“ For an all inclusive hotel, the food choice was very poor. Main dinner there was salad (mixed salad in sauce of which no lables to tell you what was in it, or anything else for that matter) a meat dish and a vegetarian. Breakfast was a turkish breakfast, cold meat, salad and boild eggs.
No snacks available during the day and all inclusive finished at 10pm, no entertainment.
To get a sunlounger you need to be up early (before 7) to put a towel down!! The pool area is not big enough when the hotel is busy.
We had no hot water in the morning, but we did in the evening.

Rooms clean, towels changed everyday, staff very friendly.

“ Top Tip: Great beach, a dolmus ride away, to the surf cafe. Very very pleasent staff always happy to help. Food very nice especially the chicken curry. Prices very reasonable

“ the hotel room and pool was good but the food and the bar staff were appalling it spoiled our holiday really we booked this all inclusive holiday mainly because i am diabetic and need to eat a little all during the day this was not possible evening meal was supposed to be between 7.45 and 9pm by 8.10 all the food was gone the variation of food was disgusting there was no ice cream or things like that for the kids no cereal in a morning so kids had no breakfast and the same meals were mainly served for lunch and dinner. The bar staff would not even speak to the guests and the service was disgusting. There was only one bar staff when you asked for a beer you got a quarter of a half pint glass no variation of mixers with the only spirit they had which was vodka. All in all the food and drink was the worst we have ever had and it spoiled our holiday to be honest. It has put us off thinking of going there again.

“ Not a three star hotel AT ALL!!! No buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner as stated in the booking. Quality of food was very poor, with even the staff acknowledging that quality is very poor due to this period being out of their season. No choice, or alternative according to you dietary needs. Same food every day.

Furthermore, booking indicate 600m from the beach- again not true

No hot water for two days, and management unwilling to move me, even though only seven people in the whole hotel.

Had no sheets on my bed untill the last day despite daily cleaning service

Staff however were very welcoming and friendly.
