We (wife and I) went for a 1 week break in October. Weather was just right - 25 degrees.
Hotel was all inclusive.
Very impressed when we turned up, art deco style but built in 2007. Reception staff were very polite and efficient, check in was 2-3 mins.
Room was modern and well appointed, all in good condition. Would recommend room numbers 1 - 14 and 40to 60 for the most sunlight.
Restaurant food was good all week, a wide variety of hot and cold food, with a good mix between local and "international" food (chips!). Restaurant and bars are generous with the inclusive drinks, with waiters topping up, and getting new drinks in the bar. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Buddy Holly - One of the waiters in the restaurant, he was a very nice guy with the amazing ability to remember every guests name, and greet all of the every day.
The hotel has a large outdoor pool (cold in Oct) lots of sun lounger space, and a garden area with a water feature/river, the beach is about 30 yards from the pool area.
The sauna/spa etc was one of the best i have visited. Again very friendly staff. I used the steam room, Ice room, sauna, indoor pool, and spa pool (with massage jets etc) every day. We also had a full Turkish bath and massage Which at £45 each was about half the cost of similar in the UK. It was great and I would recommend to all.
In addition to the main restaurant, they run three a la carte restaurants, each is small - 20 to 25 covers. The choice is Ita;ian, Turkish of Fish. We went Fish, very good food - perhaps too much. The menu drives you to have a cold starter, and warm starter, a salad, and then a main and a pud. I would suggest picking only one starter!.
All in all a great place, good value, very nice staff, and great facilities.
“ Top Tip: We did one boat trip to Turtle island, the tombs of the kings, and a mud spa. This was a whole day out - 8.30am till 7.00pm. 2 hours around the coast to transfer to smaller boats then visit the beach, see turtles and blue crabs, see the tombs (from the boat) and experience the mud spa - messy but fun. All for £15 each. I assume this may be a little more in peak season, but recommended if you like boats.

“ I stayed in this hotel for the first time last summer and decided to go back this year because I could not fault it in any way. The food quality and choice is superb and served by hard working, friendly waiters. The entertainment program I believe to be the best of all the other hotels in the area and the hotel is almost on the beach. I would certainly visit again should I choose this type of holiday.

“ Excellent hotel which is very clean and tidy. Food was amazing and staff very friendly. Stopped in a Grand Suite with a spectacular seaview from a sliding window with a safety rail which is the photos seen in their 360 degree virtual tour. The only downside to the room was the balcony which is only very small and offset to the side with views of a neighbouring hotel.
“ Top Tip: Irish bar 2 minutes walk to the right of main entrance where staff were very friendly and a good mixture of turns....Oh and a crazy Turkish barman who balances cocktails on his head and climbs trees (a must see)
Matthew from Preston
“ The location, scenery and facilities at the hotel Aqua are fantastic. The Hotel is very clean and is of a high standard. There is an excellent variation of freshly cooked food, snacks and beverages Available all day on the All inclusive package. The people working at the Hotel Aqua provide excellent customer service and are very friendly. As a family we felt safe and very well cared and catered for. The Hotel has nightly entertainment and an onsite Spa all of which provide plenty of things to do. We had everything we could want in this hotel, loved it and didn't want to leave. We will definitely return.
“ Top Tip: Book into the hotel Aqua Spa for a Turkish bath within the first couple of days of arriving. It helps you to relax and prepares your body and for the climate and your tan! There are cheaper offers for a Turkish bath experience outside of the hotel which I believe are ok, but please be aware that you have to take transport to reach them, the bath/saunas are shared with many other people etc., whereas the quality and convenience of the hotel spa is far more exclusive, intimate as the actual bathing area is just for your family and more hygienic. I especially recommend the medical massage by Engin for any back, neck, posture etc health problems.
