“ Having been to this hotel in 2010 there were a few changes some good some not so good. The dining area layout had been change and this caused a bit congestion within the serving area but again you could not fault the standard of food. The staff could not do enough for you.
“ Top Tip: The hotel provides a free bus three times a day to Oludeniz to a quiet beach, where you can watch the paragliders descend from great heights.

The Green Forest Hotel is supposed to be a 5 start hotel - but I would personally class this as a 3 Star hotel!
We were all inclusive but ate out most days and nights!
The room we were originally given was very small, we had to pay an extra £30 per night to upgrade to a decent size room.
The pool area, whilst nice and clean was very basic - with plastic cushions on plastic sunbeds - many of which were cracked and broken. There were no parasols, and no pool side waiter service.
The restaurant in our opinion was dreadful - we are used to the chaotic breakfast service in hotels and that is a given - but this was different as the food was awful - no flavour to the scrambled eggs (we think they were just powdered egg and water), no poached eggs, no other real choices. The waiters did not smile, they all seemed to be overworked and sullen. The tables were all shaky, no table clothes, no finesse - we had to locate our own cutlery, the serviettes were from a plastic dispenser on the table. We only had breakfast there once.
We didn't bother with lunch at all in the restaurant! We did however, have a sandwich by the pool on a couple of occasions, as they were made to order and seemed quite fresh.
We had dinner in the restaurant on one night only - that was also cold, tough lamb, potatoes half cooked and cold - never again.
During a thunder storm we sheltered in the pool bar building - it reminded me of a bus shelter under a shopping arcade!!
We would not stay there again.
One good thing was the hairdressing salon, the girl in there was lovely and helped to redeem the whole experience.
“ Top Tip: The 'Olive Tree Restaurant' was close to the hotel and was very good, we had dinner there on 3 out of 7 nights.

“ Had a lovely holiday in the GreenForest, although we did had a bit of rain and it gets very cold at night so be sure to take a fleece. Errol didn't come this year and he was a big miss as the daytime entertainment was practicaly non existent and the show was terrible and only lasted 1/2 an hour at night. On Sunday the show consisted of half an hour of Bingo and even then they got the numbers wrong and on Monday when 70 people came off the cruise ship the animation team had their day off. Inspite of that we did think the hotel was very good, with very helpful staff, good food, great spa, great icecream and snacks but these stairs up to the dinning-room are a pain so they need to change something there. Also the management need to do something about the entertainment and fast or they will get bad reports and spoil a great hotel.
“ Top Tip: You can catch the Dolmus to Fetheye every 40 mins right opposite the hotel but you do have to walk 500 yds to the harbour when you get there, where you can visit the fish shop and choose your fish which they cook for you for 6 lira. Also take the free courtesy coach at 10am to Seahorse Beach, the hotels private beach in the middle of the Blue Lagoon with free sunbeds, and free admission to the lagoon, but you buy your drinks and food at a restaurant - with very friendly and funny staff. You are dropped off at the restaurant and picked up again at 5pm no walking involved.

“ exceptional value for money. food was out of this world. entertainment team started of a bit slow but management made s few changes to the staff and it improved markedly to being very very good.plenty of sunbeds plus a nice 2inch mattress, you can also hire a beach towel for 10Turkish lira deposit, that you can change every 2days you get the deposit back when you hand the towel in when you have finished with it, management and staff were excellent, nothing was a bother to them any problem was sorted out immediately.as for cleanliness the place was spotless. another great feature was the fact the hotel was about two to three hundred meters from the end of town, not far to walk but far enough away as not to be bothered with the noise from town.taxi to anywhere in town only 10Turkish lira.market once a week Mondays. hotel has its own private beach and they will shuttle there and back no charge.
“ Top Tip: Go and experience it your self absolutely fantastic
