“ Absolutely wonderful time, staff amazing and they are just so helpful. Suites are of a very good standard and spotless. A real relaxing holiday. Spa is excellent value and the pools and service excellent.

“ Top Tip: do the paragliding but be brave on the journey up the mountain. Beach is lovely too.

“ Hotel not bad for Turkey once you have settled down. The arival however was a disaster as we was with 4 different couples who booked with seperate travel companies but with all of us the room type booked was not available upon our arival. Three of the couples had to move to lesser standard rooms and the other couple had to move to a different hotel for the first night meaning that nobody could unpack. in fact the new rooms were not available until late afternoon the following day which was an inconvenience as we were only on a 4 night holiday.
The receptionist was very rude, shrugged his shoulders and basically said nothing else could be done.
After talking to other residents, it became apparant that everybody had that had booked the larger suites were not able to occupy them on the first night.
After we had settled in, we asked the reception if they could either book us or provide us with the phone number for a particular restaurant in the town. They refused and told us that their own restaurant was available in the hotel.
Apart from the management, the rest of the staff from the bar including waiters and cleaners were very friendly.

“ Top Tip: The Buzz Bar restaurant by the beach provided good quality food and music without being tacky.

“ Hotel was very nice and our stay was comfortable. Grounds and accommodation was clean and well kept. However due to where it was situated on the mountain there were lots of steps, so therefore not suitable for everyone.

Thought the music by the outside restaurant/bar and top swimming pool to loud. I am not opposed to music and always have it playing in the background, but in this instance it should have been quieter.

All staff were friendly and professional.

“ Top Tip: Preferred the beach in the Naturist area, whilst this warranted a small charge, the facilities showers, toilets and changing areas were excellent. This beach was also less crowded and quieter.

“ Hotel had very nice rooms but was a bit isolated so that taxis were needed to get into local facilities. Building work has started on a new hotel and villas which spoil the view. Lots of steps if you are staying in the rooms at the bottom of the hotel which are not ideal for even the fittest of clients.
