Monta Verde Hotel

“ We were looking for a hotel and resort where 2 women travelling without our husbands and families would feel safe and comfortable and after reading many review we picked Monta Verde. We could not have chosen a better hotel as we were made so welcome and nothing was too much trouble to the staff and managers. We had half board and the food was tasty and varied. The hotel was very quiet as they had recently opened for the season so there was not a huge choice of dishes but we enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners and the very reasonably priced wine. Lunch from the bar menu was delicious, and freshly cooked with loads of variety. We felt very safe taking a walk out at night and got to know the local shop keepers who were friendly and chatty without being too pushy. The location is perfect and public transport cheap and reliable.Our room was lovely, clean and spacious with views of the mountains and local countryside.
The manager Barkin asked for our personal feedback as we left and was genuinely interested in our comments. We had the feeling that we were their house guests in their family home and not just another statistic.
We have stayed at many hotels but have never had such attentive service anywhere.
Geat value for money, and we have come home feeling relaxed and totally pampered

“ Top Tip: The hotel a-la-carte Restaurant!!! The food is delicious.

“ excellent location for families not a noisy area but close to shops and restaurants easy 15 minute downhill walk into hisaronu.not ideal for less mobile.but plenty of dolmus outside hotel.hotel staff are great couldn't do enough for you.food was excellent and varied.we stayed in one of the villas close by which had a shared pool with the other villas,as we stayed there in october it was very quiet which suited us as the kids had the pool to themselves.all in all we would go back again.

“ Top Tip: blue lagoon in olu-deniz is worth a visit get a pedalo and go swimming the water is so warm.the hotel run a bus during peak times,but just as easy to get a dolmus about a pound each way, hisaronu if you like shopping.fethiye if you like more shopping easy to get to both on the dolmus that run about every 5 minutes outside of the hotel.

“ Great hotel with lovely staff & management, very good pool areas, spa, bar, and food. Very good value for the money, this was our 3rd time here and would go back again.

“ Top Tip: Some very good restaurants within 0.5 mile, especially ANGELS, CHEERS, & YASOROGLU
