Renovated in 2005, this holiday complex comprises a total of 460 lodgings, of which 450 are bungalows. In the main building guests will find a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a cloakroom. Further facilities include a small supermarket, a hairdresser's salon, shops, a nightclub, an auditorium and a games room. Dining options include a cafi, a bar, a tavern, an air-conditioned ` la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs, as well as a breakfast and dining room. In addition, Internet access, a laundry service, medical assistance as well as bicycle rental are included as standard. Children, from the age of 4-12 years, are able to enjoy the kid's club activities as well as let off some steam in the playground. Parking facilities are also available for those arriving by car.
“ Excellent resort. Best way to describe it is that it is a resort with 4* infrastructure with 5* services. The staff work endlessly (always with a smile) to make your stay as comfortable and enjoying as possible.

Charisma De Luxe is a luxury hotel located in Kusadasi, next to the yacht harbour. The hotel is modern and elegant with a relaxing atmosphere and some superb views. Set on its own private beach and just 500 meters to the city center. The hotel has a fabulous outdoor pool, with a sun terrace dotted with loungers, which overlooks the sea. From the beach there is a jetty running out into the sea, decked with cushions for you to relax on and savour the views. The kids have their own pool and also a kids club to keep them entertained. The hotel's main restaurant serves a great choice of both Turkish and International cuisine, there's also a patisserie with fantastic sunset views. The hotel has a choice of bars including a lobby and pool bar, where you can relax and enjoy a cool drink. The city hotel was built in 1989 and renovated in 2008. It consists of a total of 87 rooms on 7 floors of which 84 are standard and 3 are suites. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, a lobby, lift, a TV room, a conference room and car parking facilities. Dining options include an inviting café, a bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. In addition there is an Internet terminal and room and laundry service are available for an extra fee.
“ The staff were very welcoming and the service was great, nothing was seen as a problem and they were always able to help - even invited us to their new year party. The only niggle (and it's just a niggle) would be to have a broader choice for breakfast during the course of the week

“ I have stayed at this hotel 3.5 years before this occasion and the hotel has not lost it's charm. The chamber maids changed the bathroom towels and made the beds every day. The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and efficient.

“ This is still our favourite hotel in Kusadasi ,it is in need of a make -over ,it has a new owner so hopefully that will be on the cards .We had a seaview room and what a view met us each morning ,blue sea and cloudless sky, a few cruise ships bringing passengers to visit Ephersus (a must ).
