Charisma De Luxe is a luxury hotel located in Kusadasi, next to the yacht harbour. The hotel is modern and elegant with a relaxing atmosphere and some superb views. Set on its own private beach and just 500 meters to the city center. The hotel has a fabulous outdoor pool, with a sun terrace dotted with loungers, which overlooks the sea. From the beach there is a jetty running out into the sea, decked with cushions for you to relax on and savour the views. The kids have their own pool and also a kids club to keep them entertained. The hotel's main restaurant serves a great choice of both Turkish and International cuisine, there's also a patisserie with fantastic sunset views. The hotel has a choice of bars including a lobby and pool bar, where you can relax and enjoy a cool drink. “ This was a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff who could not do enough to make our stay very enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was excelent but dinner perhaps not so good.so we did not use our half board as much as we would have liked. Over all a lovely relaxing holiday.

“ it was a wonderful 3 weeks ...christmas and new years eve included. quality of food and hotelfacilities such as heated swimming pool and sauna aso were excellent. room was good sized and service such as bottled water in the room as well as fresh fruitplates were very practical.

The hotel has a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a cloakroom, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a cafe. In addition, it offers guests various shops, a supermarket, a nightclub and an air-conditioned e la carte restaurant with children's highchairs. “ The hotel's public area's were very cold, although the rooms were warm with plenty of hot water. Because it was winter, the hotel stopped putting tea and coffee facilities in the room, I asked when i checked in for a kettle to be put in my room, 2 visit's to reception, three phone calls and 7 hours later I received my kettle

“ Just spent a winter week in the Atinc,we were welcomed as usual by helpful staff,we requested a front sea view room on arrival and we got one .The weather was very wet (it was January )but we were warm and cosy.

“ We found this hotel excellent, the food was excellent, the staff very helpful, the only complaint was the pool was freezing, and therefore nobody in the hotel was using it.

“ Great hotel. 2 swimming pools, 1 with animation team, slides, bar and food. Another smaller, quiet pool with a bar. Always able to get sun lounger, although the best ones might get reserved early! Food was as expected for an all inclusive hotel, after 10 days get a bit fed up with it but in terms of quality and range no complaints! Wait staff were freindly.
