For the price we paid,the hotel was very good value.All the staff were very helpful.The rooms are a bit dated and the carpets have seen better days.
Rooms were cleaned and sheets and towels changed every day.Bar prices very reasonable and public areas clean and tidy.
The only downside was the 5.00 AM highly amplified call to prayer from the nearby mosque which lasts for at least 5 minutes.

Top Tip:
For a really cheap kebap,turn left from the hotel and go 20 yards.Shop on the corner.
Don't bother to go to long beach,scruffy and rubbish strewn. Ladies beach much better.

“ Excellent service as always. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Linen spotlessly clean & changed every other day, rooms cleaned daily. Furnishings could do with updating. Restaurant is reasonably priced for a hotel should you chose to eat in, though not necessary as many local restaurants. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Kusadasi.
“ Top Tip: Just round the corner from the hotel next to a restaurant called Pam's (wouldn't go there) is a small Turkish restaurant. Home cooked food, different menu every day and extremely cheap. Also in the old town a great Turkish restaurant called Avlu.
