The city hotel was built in 1989 and renovated in 2008. It consists of a total of 87 rooms on 7 floors of which 84 are standard and 3 are suites. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, a lobby, lift, a TV room, a conference room and car parking facilities. Dining options include an inviting café, a bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. In addition there is an Internet terminal and room and laundry service are available for an extra fee.
This hotel is located right in the middle of the town centre of Kusadasi across the road from the seafront promenade. Public transport, the town beach, shops, bars, restaurants and several nightclubs are all within easy reach of the hotel. It is 100m to the beach. Izmir Adnan Menderes airport is approximately 70 km away and may be reached in 50 minutes in the car.
The rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite and cable TV, Internet connection and a radio. Moreover, they come equipped with a minibar, a double or twin beds, their own hire safebox and central heating / air-conditioning.
The hotel features an indoor swimming pool and a rooftop pool with a sun terrace with loungers and parasols and a poolside snack bar. Other facilities include a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam room and massage treatments (extra charge). Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a game of table tennis, pool or a work out in the gym.

Our stay included breakfast which was very good, a good selection of fresh meats and cheeses, eggs, yogurt and cereal. My only suggestion would be a wider selection of fresh fruit - there were only apples on offer every day, which seems a shame as there is such a wide variety of fruit available over there even at this time of year. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and got exactly what we paid for.

“ Top Tip: There are a number of excellent coffee shops and restaurants near the hotel. Gondol Pizzeria, the fish market and it's surrounding restaurants, buy your fish at the market and take it to a restaurant to be cooked for a small surcharge. We especially like Black and White Restaurant near the harbour and Ali Baba! Kute bar is good for drinks at any time the day and Cafe Roma is excellent for ice cream and coffee

“ Top Tip: Kusadasi has a new marina, totally transforms that end of town - well worth a visit as are the coffee bars and restaurants at the marina

“ Unfortunately the pool and terrace area were closed, the indoor pool was cold and the only thing free to use was the indoor pool and the gym. There was renovation work at the hotel next door so there was constant banging and drilling. This hotel turned the hot water off for most of one day which was inconvenient. The food was very poor quality and there was no choice, simply a set of courses and if you didn't like it you had nothing else to choose from. The noise from the road outside was constant throughout most of the night and there were also road works. All in all a disappointment and wouldn't go there again.
