Korumar De Luxe Hotel

“ This hotel is located in a magnificent position carved into the hillside and overlooking the Agean with views of the cruise ships and the town. We had a sea facing room on the first floor and although a little bit on the small side it was well equiped and spotlessly clean - new carpets all through the hotel and it looked as though everywhere had also been recently decorated. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite. We were on a half board basis and used both the buffet and ala carte restaurants. Neither were what you would consider 5 star but food was well cooked and plentiful - so no real complaints. Under the pool bar there is a pancake/crepe snack bar which was excellent. Getting in and out of town was easy, either wait a few moments for a bus which stops at your request or an easy walk into town. Bar prices were similar to prices here and a bottle of wine started at about £10. Entertainment wasnt great, some nights a singing duo, another night was given over to karaoke, and another night was nobly knees type games, again no real problem because you could get away from it by using other bars. All in all a great place and would go back for sure.

“ Top Tip: Go to Ephesus, have a Turkish bath - there is one in the hotel, but also one on the main road leading into Kusadssi. If you have time also go to Pamukale, its a long journey but worthwhile.

“ We really enjoyed our stay at the Korumar Deluxe Hotel. We upgraded to a sea view room which was superb with a great view over the harbour and ocean.
The location of the hotel was a good walking distance into Kusadasi and the return local bus journey took us right back to outside the hotel.
The staff were very helpful and the food was very good.
We had all inclusive and this included a meal in the Al a Carte restaurant where we could have a three or four course meal and also coffee, it was such an enjoyable evening.
We would definitely come back to this hotel.

“ Top Tip: The local bus service was right outside which was very convenient. The local markets were worth a visit to see the wonderful display of fruit and vegetables and local produce.
To watch the cruise ships come into the harbour was a spectacular sight and also visit the shops in the harbour where the cruise ships were.

“ My mum and I loved this hotel. We went in their winter time, so it wasn't busy which was nice. The room facilities are basic and clean. The staff are fantastic - very friendly and helpful. The waiters and bar staff are superb, very welcoming and sociable. The spa is good and the staff are very professional. We both had a facial and massage, both of which were enjoyable. The indoor pool is quite small, but it wasn't a problem for us as we went in the quiet season. The outdoor swimming pool was drained due to it being out of season. The food was lovely, meat/fish/potatoes/chinese food on offer every night for dinner. Breakfast was the usual buffet food. We were really glad we chose this hotel.

“ Top Tip: To get into the town centre, it is a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride away for 2.75 TL per person. The bus stops right outside the hotel, you just flag it down, and it is the number 1 bus.

“ We found this hotel excellent, the food was excellent, the staff very helpful, the only complaint was the pool was freezing, and therefore nobody in the hotel was using it.
