“ A group of 14 0f us age ranging from 11 to 60 stayed here for a week and had a brilliant time. Hotel was clean and is currently being updated by new management.Staff were helpful and friendly.Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily.Probably a lot busier in high season but we had a great time.Loved the slides!!

We stayed at this hotel, the last week of October, there were 6 in our party and we booked a 3 bedroom family room, when we arrived we were put in 2 separate rooms, when we complained they told us as it was the end of season, the family rooms were closed, luckily our children are older and were ok in the other room on there own.
The area around the swimming pool, was very slippery, we saw a lot of accidents, 1 little boy broke his leg.
The food was not the best, there was chicken served at every meal, wasn't at all good if you have children, chips served once. snack bar consisted of chicken nuggets or pasta, cake and cookies consisted of dry madeira cake. The entertainment was rubbish, didn't see 1 show all week... Good if you like bingo.....Luckily for us, we met a fantastic group of friends, who were great fun... Whenever we complained we got the same answer, it's the end of the season, which is a feeble excuse, it was half term week, so hotel was very busy. My advice would be, to avoid this hotel at all costs.
