negative points would be terrace bar should be included in the all inclusive, an area maybe for adults only..
we were on the 2nd floor, and fire exit stairs were blocked with either beds, matresses or the cleaners trolley, which would obviously cause a hindrance if there were ever a fire...
all in all . . excellent week

“ We stayed at this hotel for a week, the hotel is very clean and spacious. We did not have any problems getting a sun lounger and there were 6 in our party, 4 adults, 2 children. The children loved the water slides (and so did I!). The food was limited, but we ate what was on offer, it was not that bad as some reviews would make out, the cakes were really lovely. They had rice, potatoes, chips, chicken, pasta etc. The salads looked great, but we do not risk eating salad when abroad. Our children really liked the snack bar, they had chips, burgers, pasta and pizza, salad, cheeses and hams/meats each day, it was the same each day, but it was ok. You can hire a beach/pool towel from the hotel each day at a deposit of 20 lire, so that is very good, no need to take one with you like we did. The room we had was a lovely size for a family of four, the large bed and bunk beds and very clean and the maid gives you fresh bottles of water each day (not sure if this is just an all inclusive thing or not). The only complaint we had was that our room was above the restaurant and each morning from 6 you could hear banging and trolleys being pushed along and staff loudly talking to each other. Again it was very noisy until gone midnight because the food is until 12 with the snacks, snacks at this time of night are soups and bread. The entertainment at night is not the greatest, but it was not a problem for us, we were happy to sit and chat to one another. Although we liked the hotel, it may be too busy for some people and I do dread to think what it would be like in July and August because it was very busy some mornings and evenings in the dining areas.
“ Top Tip: We went to the Emporium pub one night for a steak meal, it was great and the staff were very helpful and the kids thought they were nice people. When you go out of the hotel (back exit) turn left, then turn right and its down on the right hand side, worth a visit and its not expensive.

“ Club rooms not very good but main building rooms are good. Communal areas are great but can get really busy.
“ Top Tip: Get a main building room. Well worth tipping the glass collector at pool bar as he as he never let me run out of drinks at the bar and found me when I was round the pool and brought my drinks to me every day.
