“ Hotel was very good. Good staff and ever so helpful. Rooms very good and excellant conditions. This Hotel Lacked appropriate ramps. Steps to various floors in the foyer / reception areas made the climb very difficult if you has a push chair or a wheel chair. Had to ascend / or descend some steps to get to the escalators.
“ Top Tip: Lots of local shops and eateries to choose from.

“ Staff brilliant always ready to help. Rooms well presented (carpet a little tired) cleaned daily new towels shampoo etc. Safe complimentary (pleasant change there). Food excellent enough variety for anyone. Freshly made by the chefs in front of you. Entertainment a little staid and that is the only fault but at least they didn't have bingo as almost all the other hotels seemed to.

This hotel is definatley not a 5 star hotel, I would say 4 star and some areas 3 star. The foyet and bar area are lovely but once on the landings and in the actual rooms, I'd guess at 3 and a half stars. I heard sevral guests complaining about their rooms as well as me.
The sauna and steam area I would say is in need of a serious make over if they are going to pass as 5 star, I'd give this area 3 stars.
The indoor pool is 3 star, nobody ever swims in it or uses the area to relax in, it is very dull and very bleak looking.
The staff are lovely except for one male receptionist, who's name I wish I had asked, as I would have disclosed him in this review.
The food was amazing and I'd again give this 5 stars.
The toilets throughout this hotel are quite tired looking with old fashion brown dated, heavily glossed doors and again are most definatley not 5 stars, in fact 3 stars.
Howerver, i had a lovely rest as was what I went for. I got good value for money but i wished whoever star rates these hotels would be a bit more honest. I'd give this 4 stars
“ Top Tip: No, I found the pestering I got from every single bar and restaurant I passed by so annoying that it had the opposite affect on me, therefor not wanting to go into any of them. i loathed the pestering so much that it made me not want to visit Turkey again

I loved this hotel! The food was spectacular, an amazing buffet for breakfast and dinner. Over dinner the live music played was more classical, which I found quite enjoyable compared to many of the other hotels that pumped out loud house from morning till night. The pool area and surrounding gardens were lovely and well kept. There's also a sauna and a steam room.
The staff were friendly.
Our first room smelt a bit strange, but it seemed they allowed smoking on the balcony, which I'm guessing had clung to the furniture (although it smelt more like stale food). We asked to change to a non-smoking room, and our next one was lemony fresh.
The only down side of our experience was that the neighbouring hotel had an outdoor entertainment area that played awful music exceptionally loudly, so although our hotel was calm and relaxing, a quiet night of relaxing was bombarded by the neighbours, every night.
