Morina Hotel

“ I have stayed at the hotel twice now and just love it. It is situated at the top of the hill so away from the madding crowd but only 10 minutes walk to the beach where you will pass many bars and restaurants on the way. Beautiful kept gardens, pool very clean and views are lovely. Staff are friendly. Many people return year after year. Rooms are adequate and the price is unbelivable. There are new upgraded rooms being furnished this year for some who want more luxury. A gem of a place.

“ Top Tip: The Dreams Cafe/Bar is on the road as you walk from the Morina hotel to the beach (the Hisonaru road.) New this year. All the staff work very hard to make you happy. They welcome all ages. The food, and service is very good and then you can watch the entertainment and dance the night away with them all. A great place.

“ We have just returned from 10 days at the Morina Hotel in late september/early October. I was staying with 3 friends, all mature women. I have to say that we had a fantastic holiday. The hotel room, although basic, was adequate, clean with daily towel change and good hot showers in the evening. They can be tepid in the morning due to the solar heating but no one found this a problem. The hotel is set in a lovely garden setting. The pool and pool area were wonderful. There were plenty of sunbeds and the pool was kept beaultifully clean. The views from the pool area were absolutely lovely, looking over to the sea. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and made every effort to make our stay a pleasureable one. The position of the hotel is one of the best in Olu Deniz, being elevated at the back of the resort, it does get more of a cooling brease, which is welcoming even in october. We did not find the walk up the hill a problem, but I could see that it might be more of a challenge in the heat of mid summer or if you were less able to walk distances. It is well worth it to get away from the noise and bustle of the resort centre. We all agreed that our stay was one of the best holidays we have all had and would gladly return.

“ Top Tip: We found that most of the resturants in the resort were excellent, try out the Secret Garden and Captain Hook (don't be put off by the name). Two of us tried tandum paragliding, if you have the nerve, it is an incredible experience. Other good trips were the jeep safari...if you like getting wet, and the Dalyan trip.

“ Rooms basic but klean and fresh bedding and towels everyday.The hotel up a steep path and next to the mosc,but in a secluded area.

“ Room was not cleaned until we discovered you had to leave your room key at reception (4 days into our stay). Guests should be told this on arrival.Meals were lovely.

“ Top Tip: Park cafe/bar at the bottom of main road does lovely lunches and dinners with prompt friendly service.
