“ Hotel was basic but clean, they could do with more variety food wise, would only go bed and breakfast in future as food prices incredibly cheap. Very close to beach,first time in Turkey but would return to Icmeler no problem.

The hotel was basic but very clean, everyone in the hotel was very friendly. We didn't need the reception services at all so can't comment on them. Maids were lovely & very helpful.
We never use the services of a rep, we didn't even know we had one until we got an invitation to a welcome meeting. Sorry but we don't do welcome meetings so can't comment on that either.
All in all, everything was fine & we have no complaints.
“ Top Tip: The staff in the Romeo & Juliet bar right next door to the hotel were really nice, a good place to have your nightcap.

We arrived at the Hotel at around 1am in the Morning to be put into a basement room without a balcony and told we would be moved in the morning.
We accepted this but were not happy with it, when you arrive in a foreign country tired after travelling you can do without it, it was clean but was tiny and felt like a jail it was a bad start.
After breakfast my partner and I went to reception and was told that the room was not ready but they would let us know. Our holiday felt like it was on hold, we could'nt unpack and waited at the Hotel pool, which wasen't what we wanted to do.
Around Midday we were moved at last We felt our holiday had started.
As a gesture of good will, I think we should of been compensated at least a free safe for the inconvenience, this never happened.
Apart from this the Hotel was clean, the staff friendly, we enjoyed our Holiday.
“ Top Tip: Yes we found a special restaurant called Kerem Restaurant which was family run with lovely food, very welcoming and very Turquish. Highly recommend it.

“ Just got back from our 3 week stay at the navy and havent got one complaint, it was our second stay at the hotel. The staff are helpfull any problelms were sorted out straight away with a smile, our room was cleaned daily by the ever happy maids, and reception even sorted out our transfer back to the airport. Although we were B&B we never ate in the restaurant so cant comment on the food. We used th navy only as a base, the beach is a short walk away
“ Top Tip: ( we used Coco beach with the famous Messi ), there are lots restaurants close by our favourites were The Chef, Cupids, The Bonjour and The Winehouse. Plenty of bars close by offering entertainment but for us it was the 3 bells bar two doors away.

“ Hotel was very good ,in great position on Beach. Staff were very friendly and rooms were spotless, towels changed everyday. Could have done with a bit of entertainment, but we are near end of season so not a big problem.

The Hotel is ideal for families and couples who are looking for comfortable accommodation close to all the resort amenities. From the old town, with its winding streets, alleys and whitewashed houses and Bazaar right down to the Palm lined promenade and the Marina, with its private yachts, there is always something to see and do.
“ After being charged an extra 200 lira (should have been 300-400 turkish lira) because my boyfriend was turkish, a full day with no water from the hot water tap, they moved us to another hotel which was better but with no return of the money paid.

“ The Staff were Very Pleasant and Helpful at all times. Housekeeping was of a Very High Standard.Restaurant has plenty of choice to suit all. There are a lot of positives for this Hotel,the only negative comment was that the Pool was Icy Cold and therefore prevented some guests from using it.

The hotel was built in 2001 and refurbished in 2008 and consists of 197 rooms on 4 floors in 4 blocks. There are 2 outdoor pools and childrens' pools with sun-bathing terraces and a small garden. Other facilities are available to guests including a 24-hour reception desk, safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. There is also a homely bar and an air-conditioned restaurant and for recreation, a gym, sauna and hammam and light games. A laundry service is also available (local charge).
“ Reception were helpful , safe was 3Euros a night , could not fit my netbook in it though . Room was small , l was on the 4th floor and Balcony was lovely , over looking the pool . Fridge with large bottle of water regulary supplied , No kettle for tea and coffee and air conditioning was quite quite and controlled by you , only worked when you was in your room .
