Hotel was built in 1995 and renovated in 2009. There are 426 double bedded rooms and 2 of them are for disabled guests. Hotel has many different bars including lobby bar, pool bar, snack bar, service bar, terrace bar, vitamin bar that can offer many different choices of drinks. There are market, hairdresser, photographer, jeweler shop and boutique in the hotel that can support urgent needs of guests. Guests can enjoy with the waterslide in swimming pool and the special one separated for the children.Hotel is located 5 min ride away from Marmaris center and to 90 km from Dalaman Airport.Each room has individual air-condition and balcony, safe box, sat.TV, direct dial phone, bathroom/shower, hairdryer, mini bar (filling on request). All rooms are carpeted.Hotel has daily entertainment programs that have different activities for each day including evening programmer during 6 days of a week. One day in every week there is Turkish Night show. Guests also can relax in Turkish bath, Sauna or Massage saloon or can join the Fitness Center (extra charges can be asked to the reception).

This is a very nice hotel but the staff are absolutely rude and unhelpful!
The only nice staff that we met was Emma ( from Animation), the restaurant manager and the cleaning ladies! Everybody else was extremely moody, never smiled and I felt as if I was a big bother for them - at the bar, at the restaurant - I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL!

Top Tip:
You must go for a boat trip to the Dalyan river - it is very interesting - you can experinece a natural mud bath and a dive from the boat into a cristal clear waters!It is aroun €15. You can also swim with the dolphins for £65! There is quite a lot to do!
The middle of the resort is just like Blackpool - ;-((

“ nice clean hotel, food OK, beware of hotel rep we had party of 12 and booked boat trip i paid for half in English money my cousin paid for the other half in Turkish he told us the exchange rate was 2.7 we said we had only seen 2.5 around, he then told us we could change up money in local shops for 2.7 so she paid. no shops gave the rate of 2.7 only 2.5 when we checked she paid over 100 pounds for boat trip which made a lot of difference in exchange rates he ripped her off!!!!! the boat trip was meant to be all inclusive we were picked up from our hotel at 8.50am and had boarded the boat within 20 mins then told we could not have drink till the boat sailed, it was hot and by 9.45 we were still waiting. finally we were aloud a drink i asked for a cappicino coffee and got told i would have to pay for it as it was imported. all drinks were cheap versions including cola that tasted flat. we waited till 10.30 to set sail not enjoyable waiting in the heat. holiday was lovely apart from this rep.
“ Top Tip: samdan restaurant is wonderful good food and good prices, oscars was lovely for steaks. pasa gold shop over the road is good quality and lovely service ask for joseph.

“ It was a brilliant hotel for our first holiday together. The entertainment was excellent and the two pools were brilliant aswell. The only let down for us was the Food. The maid service was excellent and the staff were friendly enough. Stayed in B block and the room was just perfect for the two of us!
“ Top Tip: the entertainment was the best bit and they were all really friendly
