Turunc Hotel

the staff were very friendly

“ This hotel has just opened and has not quite got its act together ,the organization is letting this hotel down, they run out of vodka twice and the food was a route march going from one building to another standing in queues to see what was at the end of it, but if the preparation had been done early it would of been more appetizing.
The air conditioning was not working but when any one complained they was told nothing was wrong with it .

“ Top Tip: Turunc is paradise bay with lovely restaurants along the lapping shore try Fidans he will take you into the kitchen and let you pick your fish.Then end your night in the walk in bar with friendly locals, they dont have entertainment at the hotel so take your cards .

“ Lovely picturesk position on the beach and walking distance to the fishing village Turunc. The hotel was very clean and bright modern room. We had a duplex family room which had the benefit of two bathrooms but unfortunately a dark view of the hillside and located in a block at the back of the hotel.
The entertainment was below par and low key but it was the last week of the season. Food was reasonable but staff a little miserable!
Overall good value for money and a good holiday mainly due to the good weather and lovely hotel position.

“ Excellent hotel - exceeded expectations although room (2324 I think) was a little noisy in the early hours as above kitchen.

Constructive criticisms include :
Needed beach towels to be providedneeded extra toaster at breakfast, heated pools for late October and automatic late check out arranged with no extra fee for guests with later flights.
Hotel right on beach - excellent for young families and older couples alike, may be not enough night life for younger couples or groups of young people looking for more night life.

Always a good choice of food and good quality. All inclusive is exactly that - hot chocolate, ice cream, tea, coffee, selection of juices, water, wine all on tap and help yourself/bar service for pretty much most of the day, high tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner all included - wouldn't really have to spend a penny.

5 minute walk to local village which is very nice.

Aqua park an added bonus although was a little cold, as were swimming pools, during late October!

Spa centre free between 9am-1pm and also a good bonus, complete with outdoor pool, jacuzzi, indoor steam room, sauna and turkish bath. Did have to ask for sauna to be turned on if there just after 9am 2 mornings and jacuzzi was far too hot one morning and took a long time for someone to turn it down. Again, outdoor pool not heated so too cold for late October really!
Gym had good choice of equipment and always empty - fantastic views of bay from treadmills but I believe it lacked air conditioning making it a little hot to work out for too long.

All in all a lovely holiday and would visit again and recommend to family/friends.
