Opened in 2005, this hotel affords a total of 400 lodgings, of which 286 are in the main building spread over 6 floors and 114 are club rooms in 17, 2-storey villas in the grounds. This beach hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a terrace, a spacious lobby with lifts, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, and a 24-hour reception desk. Further facilities include a selection of shops, a hairdressing salon, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room, a bar, and an air-conditioned restaurant serving Turkish specialities. Conference rooms are on offer for business guests, as well as Internet access (for an added fee). Guests may make use (for an additional fee) of the laundry service, room service and there is a doctor on call. Younger guests can let off steam in the kids' club or the playground. Those arriving by car may use the hotel car park. Some advertised facilties may not be available due to weather conditions.

There are a range of facilities available, including a mini club, an open-air disco, a shopping arcade and e la carte restaurants to mention just a few. Some of these are located in the neighbouring sister hotel and maybe at an extra charge. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access and a newspaper stand. Further facilities include a hairdressing salon, games room, children's playground and aquapark. Guests may also make use of the conference facilities, Internet access, a laundry service (fees apply) and a car park.
