Renovated in 2003, this luxury hotel features a 42,000-me garden and is spread over 6 floors with 310 rooms of which 14 are suites. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange counter, lifts, safe, a cafe, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, shops, boutique, souvenir shops and a hairdresser. Additionally there is also a bar, a games room, a TV room and an e la carte restaurant with highchairs for children. In addition the hotel includes a public Internet terminal and car park as well as garage facilities are also available.
Room, laundry and medical services are also included in the facilities on offer. The playground in the hotel grounds for younger guests and a kids club (4 - 11 years) round up the facilities on offer.This elegant luxury hotel is located only around 3 km from Side, some 80 km from Antalya and 71 km from the nearest airport. This hotel is located on the road to Kumkey and enjoys convenient connections to Manavgat. The wide sandy beach is just a stone's throw from the hotel that has been built in a terraced style on the hillside.
Links to the public transport network are located directly in front of the hotel, shopping facilities can be found 3 km from the hotel and restaurants, bars and taverns are approximately 500 m away. It is about 300 m to the nearest nightclub.The comfortable, modern rooms, around 30 me, include a bathroom with a bathrobe, a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar, a double bed, carpeting, air conditioning (centrally regulated), central heating, a balcony or terrace and a hire safe.In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool and a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. In addition, there is a health spa with a sauna, a Jacuzzi and massage services (additional fees apply) in the hotel. Water sports opportunities include aqua aerobics and water ball.
Further sporting opportunities include 3 tennis courts (floodlights, tennis rackets and balls as well as lessons for an added fee), table tennis, aerobics, a gym, basketball, beach volleyball, billiards/ snooker, darts and bocce. There is also an entertainment programme to provide some variation for guests. Guests also have the opportunity to use the PlayStation on an hourly basis.

hotel room and staff were very good, food was ok but we did expect a gala dinner with waiter service for new years eve but got buffet instead. Not my idea of a good reason to go to an hotel for New Year. All entertainment is accessed from outside and the weather was thunder and lightening with torential rain, no toilets in the entertainment areas (again access from outside) and were very few in number. The staff did try to run a shuttle service with some protection.
There are a lot of stairs (all outide) the lifts were not enough capacity and do not go to all floors which meant a change of 2 lifts to get to the restaurants, and it is stairs to the pool/beach area.
All in all we were disapointed and will not book this hotel again as there are much better in the area.
“ Top Tip: all shops, restarants in the area arround the hotel is being pulled down due to new planning laws so be prepared for dust, noise, and at least 1 kilometer of travel to reach anywhere to eat, drink or even a coffee. I believe it will all be ok in April????

This is a lovely Hotel - very clean , modern - bedrooms are well -equipped ( even has illuminated wardrobes !! )
The food / service is excellent- waiters / staff all polite & friendly.
Our only real problem was the fact that we were the only 2 Brits there !
Luckily ,my partner speaks German , & most of the guests were friendly & attempted to speak to me , but it would've been nice to have had a few more Brits there !
The other let-down , was the lack / quality of evening entertainment.
The 4 Animation staff were useless , looked utterly bored & made no atempt to put on any entertainment.
The live music acts were mediocre & geared to the tastes of the German guests ( waltzing alot !!)
Great shame , because the Hotel has so much going for it - it may be better during the Summer months - but I would only recommend it at Xmas / New Year -time , if you want a pleasant & restful holiday.

Top Tip:
The newly -finished walkway along the seafront is great.
It is beautifully done & makes it an easy walk into Side - it is flat & easy for wheelchair-users / disabled .
