Turquoise Resort Hotel and SPA is situated outside Side (Sorgun) at the beach and surrounded by pine forest. The hotel has its own 200m length sandy beach.
Facilities in the hotels are; Restaurants (a la carte extra charge), bars, Tennis court, table tennis, beach volley, dart, mini golf, sauna, fitness, Spa and wellness centre (extra charge),two outdoor swimming pools, indoor pool, laundry services (extra charge) children’s playground and internet (payable)
The rooms are equipped with: WC/shower, hairdryer, telephone, tv, mini bar, safety deposit box (extra charge) and balcony. Extra bed for the 3rd person consist of a sofa bed.
Beach and pool towels can be used by deposit.
The All Inclusive-concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water and alcoholic drinks, all of local brands.
Drinks are served from morning until late evening (approx until 22.-24.00 hrs).
Opening times vary between different hotels.
In certain hotels the activities program is also included.

“ This hotel was the best 5 star hotel by a beach I have ever stayed at. The grounds to the hotel were lovely, lovely landscape gardens and lawns, plenty of woodland, the beach was nice ad sandy, plenty of swimming pools 4 al la carte restaurants. the food was good, and the cocktails on the all inclusive were proper cocktails and not some poor excuse for a cocktail. The staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The whole place was immaculatley clean.
“ Top Tip: Taxi rank right outside the hotel, and the dolmus bus also stope frequently outside the hotel. You can walk into nearby Side along the beach it takes about 30 minutes.

The hotel was a nice hotel, we did have problems though.
We are vegetarian and the hotel did not label their food. They put meat in most dishes, even salads and so we were not able to eat very much over the two weeks. I did talk to the hotel staff but they did not change anything. We all lost a lot of weight during the holiday. We were able to find a particular member of staff who would tell us which dishes were vegetarian but this was embarrassing and often there wouldn't be any anyway.
My kids were 10 and 12 and I had expected children entertainment to be available but there was very little, the kids club was really designed very young children and the one for older kids didn't seem to be running.
The beach was very rocky, the hotel has two piers so that you can swim in deeper water which was nice.
I liked the area and would return but I would choose a different hotel with a better beach and a better kids club.
“ Top Tip: If you walk down the beach to Side and walk into town through the ruins, there is a nice restaurant on the left, they have a private beach called Elvis beach. Simple food but great hospitality.

“ Fantastic hotel,very clean,lovely setting close to beach. All pools were excellent and never too crowded.Plenty of sunbeds at all times. Food was superb-something for everyone and the A la carte restaurants were also really good.Entertainment was varied both day and night. Helpful staff,great facilities really enjoyed our stay. Very hot in August so glad of air con in rooms.

Hotel was spotless, maid service every day. Grounds of the hotel were amazing. Plenty of sunbeds around the three pools and also on the grassed areas of the hotel,although you couldnt get a sunbed after 9.00am but there were plenty on the beach so this did not spoil anything for us.
Although we did not travel with children we noticed the animation team worked none stop. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The presentation of the food was fantastic, the food it self was okay but then again the guests were mainly Russian and German so i do not think they catered for English people. But not really a complaint as we always found something we liked. The service in hotel was fantastic.
“ Top Tip: The hotel was quite remote but there was a local bus service that you took you into side. You really dont need to leave the hotel as you have everything you need on the complex.
